@GIOInsurance I’m trying to get a minor car bumper repair after an accident and the panel beater can do it today. Meanwhile I’m told GIO can’t review their assessment until 19 February - a month away! For what I assume is a 5-min (or even AI-enabled…) task. What’s your excuse?!

Dear @GIOInsurance, I just cancelled my car insurance policy. I don't see how a premium above $3000 is ok when RACV can do the same policy for $1300. Loyal for decades, but not at that price.

@GIOInsurance seems like Im off to AFCA again. GIO trying to coerce me to use Capital Smart for repairs. Did that once was a disaster so never again. How about others? How many have taken GIO to AFCA in the last 12 months????
