One more month of putting the work in with Garrett Stoller @HYBPerformance. New PR in 10 yard sprint 1.32 seconds, 5-10-5 left 4.2 seconds right 4.25 seconds and running vert 10’5.5. Staying consistent vertical jump 34 in and broad jump 9ft8in.
