I do 2 lines online every lotto draw by direct debit. One for a syndicate I run, the other personal. Recently both had 2 numbers come up, winning a free lucky dip for the next draw. Trouble is, since @TNLUK changed their website, I've no idea which belongs to which account!

@AbdnConsidine sent emails to 2 email addresses at AC which were provided by them. Both bounced back as ‘undeliverable’. Phone just ringing out. Not the first time this has happened as a mortgage broker. Shocking service. Maybe someone there will read this, maybe not 🤷🏻‍♂️
