@Haylescom Apologies, as this service has be terminated at Cheshunt they will be able to get on a rail replacement bus but we don't have a specific time on when this will be arriving Cheshunt. - Johnny

@Haylescom Due to a fault with the signalling system at Lea Bridge trains have to run at reduced speed on the line towards Stratford. But Tottenham Hale services are not being affected by this. At present the 17:35 is still scheduled to run as normal. - Johnny

@Haylescom @PaulRichardsX6 Yes, due to Victoria line being down you can travel to Liverpool Street with your ticket that ends at Tottenham Hale. - Johnny

@greateranglia can I ask why it's not possible to send all tickets direct to the app/email? I'm on a train to Tottenham Hale but as the Victoria line is suspended I've got to stay on to Liverpool St but the only ticket option is collect at station
