This is why I love fighting games. Growing up with my cousins playing MvC2 and just getting my ASS whooped! To Smash, Tekken, DoA, KoF, MK, DragonBall, Virtual Fighter, etc. A massive list of gems goes on. Fighting games are the heart of hype in the gaming world. I love and truly live for cool moments like this.

I'm at the courthouse and I'm investigating the case! Jokes aside I hope some cool ideas or least some inspiration can come close to the design that Turtle WoW had for some of there dungeons and zone ideas. Idc about the drama just saying what I enjoyed about Turtle WoW overall. Until the next time 👋🏼

@wowclassicdevs I just want to say "Thank You" for the recent change to dungeons and really addressing the problem of boosting in TBC. P.S - The Anti-Boost implementations btw were countered within the 1st hour of the change... EZ-throw dynamite, water walking, spam heals, etc. Nothing changed, you just made it weirder to farm solo content by cutting gold per run in an expensive economy. Oh and people are doing Arena boosts on the daily with a broken MMR system. I'm just being honest with ya. Not trying to be rude but the change "literally" did nothing...

This still falls in line with the speed this TBC is going at and still ending in Autumn, "a little after Blizzcon" which makes sense for the date. However, we still got to address somethings going on right now. This dungeon change is horrible, flat out. The community does not want this to whomever made this decision in the office. Please revert it because people will just find ways already in Discord's to counter the anti-boosting mechanics. There is already multiple reports of people being scuffed from loot and videos at this point. Addressing this sooner than later would show good attention to these problems from your end.

I think Ima say it like this. You have to play TBC this time around to understand the economic issues at hand and what the problems actually are before criticizing the Classic player base. Do not get me wrong, classic players are always flip-flop on there ideals. But we have other non-addressed issues currently in the state of TBC, that has not been addressed nor tackled. Examples: MMR ratings being abused by boosting, the economy didn't get better by GDKPs being removed like everyone thought it would, gold buying is still rampant even with bans (which are 1-2 week bans). An abusive report system that are being used by the bots and on tanks with a massive shortage to tanks already. Tanks are charging gold to even tank to begin with because of repairs and costly heroics. Consumes are 47-57g for haste pots alone.. which are leading people to work 9/5s to afford consumes for seasonal characters. And on top of the fact this might all go up due to Phase 2 coming out at some point. We do want to play the game, but its a 2x speed TBC with no ERA announcement, no future ahead, communication which is Blizzard's biggest struggle is almost AI generated at this point here. These are all LEGIT concerns. Players should complain and if Devs/GMs if they exist for this version of TBC have a problem... Let us know than. We would love any kind of discussion or even myself at this point on the several other problems going on this time around for TBC.

I mean the Wowhead post is very misleading showing Stratholme for the post of what you are saying with this update coming tomorrow. Maybe they mistakenly used an image for these "high level dungeons" and are guessing Strat is going to get hit as well. If that's the case than it's not there fault since there confused as well as the players here. If it does get hit than a lot of people are going to be very angry with this decision affecting Old World High Level dungeons. When tanks have done this for years to make gold, especially in an economy that is extremely expensive to be apart of. I understand the fix towards TBC high lvl dungeons but I also think there is a laundry list of issues still ongoing with TBC atm. The community has been vocal for the most part about it and maybe will see some further communication from your team sometime soon.

Adjustments to Reduce Non-Participation in Dungeons in Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary We’ve observed a significant number of Burning Crusade players entering dungeons and then participating in no meaningful gameplay, often while only one party member plays through the instance. When this is prominent, it can lead to detrimental economic effects, among other concerns, so we’re implementing a series of hotfixes to address it. - Players must participate in combat to receive experience from dungeons. - The amount of loot dropped by non-boss enemies in high-level dungeons is now determined by how many players participate in the kill. The vast majority of players who participate in dungeon groups as usual should see no difference after these updates. These changes will go into effect with scheduled weekly maintenance in each region.

I think the 1x thing we all know what TWOW did, was add a lot of flavor to the world in Azeroth. I think Blizzard will definitely either take these ideas and make there own, or maybe we possibly seem some similarities come the future. Until Blizzcon 👋🏻

It's such a shame this guy didn't really have love for the game as we all thought. He just used the mental state of gamers wanting an old-school style MMO, and ran with that the entire time with wasting hard work from the devs. I truly hope Ashes finds a new home one day, even if it's remade or it's assets are used for something better.

Ashes of Creation was supposed to make $707,835,000 in pre-order sales during 2023. Steven Sharif is trying to get these documents sealed but they have already been in the public domain. So much for “maximum accountability” and “I can’t wait for discovery.” Clown. 🤡

Ngl, I haven’t really been motivated to post content lately. TBC’s been fun and I’ve been blasting through raids, but something about it just feels… off. It’s like that nostalgia hit I used to get from Classic WoW is starting to fade, and what I thought it was gonna be isn’t really hitting the same anymore. Maybe I’m just a bit burnt out, could definitely be part of it. But yeah, this version of TBC just feels weird compared to last time, and I can’t fully explain why. I’m kinda at that point where I’m ready for something new—whether that’s C+ or just a completely different MMO. Lowkey just craving a change. Maybe when the new raids come out I'll feel a bit more excited, but than it's back to raid logs. I definitely feel like Vanilla WoW had a more exciting world to be apart of till this day. For questing or open world pvp. That said, I’m definitely planning to start streaming again soon. Think I’m just in one of those moods right now, which is probably normal.

While I do appreciate the fix and it's much welcomed. It took a whole phase to understand the complaints on this. Maybe your team is busy working on other "projects", but it's a live service game. I also believe TBC last time around you guys increased the honor ratios due to the same similar complaints if I am not mistaken. Also, the MMR system on arena's just does not feel good. I am no perfect player at all and don't claim to be. But it seems like people are just using other's as carry's and abusing the MMR to get more arena rating and than switch off to the next higher person with a better rating. Other than that, I am happy the honor gains are here and gives more incentive for people to play BGs and PVP.
