Footage shows Rushby grabbing, punching, helping restrain the teen, and stealing/busting his camera equipment during the June 15 incident on Market Street. Young Bob suffered bruises, cuts, and a suspected concussion. Attacking a minor is serious - charges could include assault, robbery, and more.
