Someone on JB Pritzker’s staff should tell the governor that Chicago firefighter Michael Altman didn’t “pass away,” but was murdered by a repeat criminal offender who was free as a result of the Pritzker-backed SAFE-T Act. Just as Altman’s murderer should never have been returned to the streets, neither should Jose Medina, the man who took Sheridan Gorman’s life. Neither would have been allowed back onto the streets of Chicago if state and local leadership were taking public safety seriously. While it took Pritzker four days to express condolences to the Gorman family, it took him nine days to comment on Altman’s murder. If you’re going to say something ignorant or insensitive, it’s better to stay silent. The state and city need leaders willing to confront hard truths about a broken criminal justice system that has failed both its citizens and its first responders. This lack of accountability continues to put lives at risk and fails to protect hundreds of residents each year.

As a man, I find it unacceptable to walk into the men's room at a professional sports stadium and they do not provide me with a correct size tampon to fit my non existant vagina.

She jumps on the phone to complain to the person that SOLD her the card, because there’s no funds on the card. Meanwhile she starts running her mouth when people begin to understand what she’s doing.
