@teliacarrier Seems to be facing loss issues across the nation so we have 3x prepended Telia on our network to avoid them being used.

COMPLETE, NO IMPACT: GTT prepend and depref removed. From GTT 10 mins ago; "This notice is to inform you that the Planned Maintenance, reference 2978388, has concluded." /END EVENT

NO IMPACT: Dallas GTT prepended and depreffed for their maintenance #2978388 scheduled for "Start: 2018-09-19 07:00:00 GMT." Whether they actually do the work or not though is anyone's guess. Will revert in 10 hours.

DALLAS: We are checking on rack 27, servers 22700->22799. No info at this time, our staff onsite walking to rack.

Fiber was bumped out of core2 feeding rack27 while working on another port. Issue is resolved, approx 10 minutes downtime for dr27. Our apologies for the rare mistake, but this can happen. Please upgrade to 2N server (2n power and 2n network) if you need 100% uptime.

Rack 27 is back online, further info to follow.

NO IMPACT: Work completed for this week, additional 20gig added between core2 and router2, div1 removed from network. More carrier capacity ordered.

NO IMPACT: We are turning up more wavelengths on our dark fiber in Dallas, and have more carrier capacity on order. This will allow for plenty more room to grow on bandwidth usage which has been surging recently.

@SitiosTotal Open a support ticket, this twitter does not handle individual customer issues. Such an issue would usually be an overdue invoice.

@Munroenet Internal core software and routing changes. We have further changes coming in the next couple of weeks and we will be able to discuss more then. We are seeing ~40MB/second (~380mbit) now from Dallas to Seattle single threaded, and can always max out 10gig ports with multi thread.

NO DOWNTIME: We have made some upgrades to the DALLAS core network today and are seeing much increased performance. All has been good, striving for excellent.

COMPLETE: NO IMPACT: r1 in Dallas upgraded, back in service. R2 took load during upgrades.

No impact: R1 upgrade in progress.

NO IMPACT: DAL router1 maintenance during the day today. R2 will take load.

NO IMPACT: R1 v6 also prepended. Prior just v4.
