Victor Wembanyama is ejected for a Flagrant 2 on Naz Reid. Excessive elbow to the face.
This is tough. Jaden McDaniels is clearly fouling Victor on the rebound before the elbow.
If that’s called, the elbow probably doesn’t happen.
Either way. Vic is out.
Wolves are getting away with damn near tackling every Spurs player and there’s no whistle but the second a Spurs player looks at a Timbwolve wrong it’s a foul.
I cannot believe the Spurs fans consensus is that if they called the foul on Jaden, Wemby wouldn’t have done that
Elbowing him like that is a CHOICE, it was NOT forced by a lack of a call because he dint need to do that at all in the first place
Part of the issue there is that Victor got fouled twice, including McDaniels grabbing his other arm with 2 hands. And so when guys get beat up like that, they respond physically as well. Doesn't excuse the elbow, but could have been avoided by calling the first 2.
@SwinkMcCloud@SlimPikkinz@JonKrawczynski I ain't crying bro lol. Even if they called what you think are fouls against Minnesota, Wemby was an idiot and got called correctly. Sit down little bro
@JSalt3028@SlimPikkinz@JonKrawczynski No one is saying Wemby shouldn't be ejected. Just saying the refs don't apply rules the same to players. Stop crying.
@JSalt3028@SlimPikkinz@JonKrawczynski Sure, Wemby fouled but notice the other team (McDaniels) didn't a foul for holding tight with hands wrapped around Wemby's arm and trying to pull him to the ground. And refs missed this after reviewing the footage twice. McDaniel's isn't trying to make a play on the ball.
@SlimPikkinz@JonKrawczynski Wemby fouled but refs ignored first foul that caused it. Wemby was being held when this happened by a Wolves player who had both of the wolves players hands pulling on Wemby from behind. it is like how refs view OKC, two teams officiated completed different.
Kelly gets away with a right to the jaw of the linesman and a left to the jaw of Boldy.
Refs clearly not interested in making it 5 on 3.
Wedgewood great so far in the third.
