I'd be surprised if Reform do this. To go after the Sikhs would be self-defeating - and this 'one law for all' argument cuts against religious liberty. Also, the kirpan was not used in the attack. Lowe has made the running on this, but it's one area Reform should not follow.

@CPhilpOfficial How can they possibly obtain a fair (third) trial? I have my own views on their actions, but something was clearly amiss in the prosecution's evidence, for not one but two juries, who were unable to reach any verdict at all

It is completely wrong that these violent thugs are being let off from a further trial for the assault on PC Marsden They viciously beat three police officers and the evidence is plain to see on CCTV - including the assaults on female PCs Ward and Cook for which Amaad and Amaaz have already been convicted At the time, the police officers were falsely accused of racism. This is yet another case of criminals using false allegations of racism to try to get sympathy. With such clear CCTV evidence, we need justice to be done by prosecuting these thugs for all their crimes news.sky.com/story/two-brot…

Need to have uplift to match pre-crash salaries then CPI uplifts based on September to match Pensions taxation and then change all RPI related uplifts and charges (student fees, rails fares etc) to same CPI factor.

Whenever I outline a common sense policy like evicting foreign nationals from British social housing and deporting them, the refrain from the media is “but you’ll be stopped by the courts!” A cool thing about governments is they write the laws, and Parliament is sovereign. Our legislation will mean lawyers and judges will be powerless to stop any of it. Will be fun seeing the looks on the degenerate lawyers’ faces when they realise this.
