We've got something to help with this cold snap: heartwarming photos. Last month, Red Crossers brought snacks, cards and good cheer to soldiers waiting at Fort Sill to go home to their families for the holidays.

Our best advice to deal with freezing temps? Stay warm indoors. And please check on loved ones and neighbors to make sure they are staying warm, particularly if they are older or live alone. If your home becomes too cold, go to a public library, shopping mall or warming center.
