@est2radiol Because it probably requires a hell of a lot of energy. How many MW are the engines on the ferries? You could probably work backwards to find out how much solar area they really would need. Plus also like, it's not sunny for large portions of the year so that'd be bad

why don't they just put giant solar panels on ferries and/or run them on pure electricity

@est2radiol I am rather fond of LaTeX, but it feels like such a difficult way to take notes. I always just write pen on paper for notes

i used to do notes entirely in latex, then i switched to markdown due to its simplicity ...but latex found its way back to me anyway
