Becoming converted to Jesus Christ is a conscious decision to give up our old ways and change to become more like Him. On May 3rd, we look forward to being with you virtually to learn together how we can go even further in deepening our conversion to the Savior Jesus Christ.

The very purpose of having agency is to choose God and to love, serve, and bless our brothers and sisters.

During a podcast interview with my son Derek, we discussed the importance of understanding our true identity as a daughter or son of God, especially when we are consumed by the day-to-day issues that we all face. Let us remember this special invitation from Jesus Christ: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meet and lowly of heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls” (Matthew 11:28–29).

Our Savior Jesus Christ taught us how to relate to one another. The great commandments in the law, He taught, were to love—God and neighbor. (Matthew 22:37-39)

Just as the disciples on the road to Emmaus ask Jesus to abide with them, Jesus Christ promises to abide with us.

Jesus Christ is the True Vine. In a world of many voices, remaining connected to the True Vine is not merely desirable; it is essential to our spiritual survival.

With faith in Christ, may our character come to mirror His so that “when he shall appear we shall be like him ... that we may have this hope; that we may be purified even as he is pure” (Moroni 7:48).
