Laurentian XC Assistant Coach Megan Crocker ran to a nearly 2 minute personal best in the Half-Marathon at the Road to Hope Marathon event in Hamilton. Megan’s finishing time of 1:19:51 (3:47 per km) placed her 2nd in the Women’s race.

Solid day at the OUA Cross Country Championships in Callander this weekend. LU women placed 9th and the men placed 11th.

LU Cross Country Men 8th and Women 11th at McMaster Invitational 8k yesterday in Hamilton.

Our varsity Cross Country and Track & Fields teams welcomed 17 recruits from all across Ontario as part of our “Fall Recruit Day” on Friday, October 4th. Recruits got a full tour of campus, participated in a full varsity practice and attended a Q&A session.
