Honoured to speak at conference on behalf of Unite the Union on the urgent need for a serious industrial strategy for Scotland. With job losses at Ineos, Alexander Dennis, Mossmorran and across the North Sea, we need urgent action to protect jobs and rebuild industry. A real strategy must strengthen supply chains, invest in skills and secure good jobs. Here’s what I had to say.

This was such a refreshing format and we dealt with lots of serious questions - with Mercedes anchoring a “Debate Night” style q&a session leaving plenty of space for the audience to contribute.
