I have spoken to the protesters today. They are willing to allow 10 loads of fuel out of Whitegate today for emergency services. This could increase tomorrow if there are positive results from the talks today. The government must engage.

Despite some hiccups I have more faith in @independent_ire than any other party. Personally I think @kenoflynnTD should be the leader and they need more women, but if they win the Galway West bye-election it would be huge progress.

Oh the "respectable" sort are only too happy to let a group of violent thugs hold this country to ransom if it means getting one up on the government. This episode has shone a light on the true character of many.
