I'm sure AA must be irritated at PGO’s statement. The late General Shehu Musa Yar’Adua would be terribly displeased. Below Quote is from a 2017 piece by Umar Ardo

The presidency is not something that is given, you have to contest and hope to win. The Ibos are not the only ethnic group that has not produced a president; many others are in the same position, including my own. So stop the victim mentality, Nigeria doesn’t owe you people shit!
Wilberforce Theophilus@Eze_Wilberforce

We've tried Hausa presidents: Yar'Adua and Buhari. We've tried Yoruba presidents: Obasanjo and Tinubu. Let's try an Igbo president in 2027.

She wished the President dead in May last year, she passed away in December of the same year. Life and death are determined only when our time is due, not by the wishes of any living person.

I was in Command Day Secondary School Abuja when Zaki Biam massacre happened in 2001. It was a revenge for the killing of 19 Soldiers. Tell this OBJ human rights tale to Gen Z people who were born post 2005.
AJQ@Sobayo_AJQ

@OgbeniDipo Obasanjo was the only Nigerian Head of State that was a bit fair in human rights.

This people can change towards any direction, as long as money is entering their bank account. They change like chameleon, whoever is paying their rent and feeding, they dance and sing praises to his name. Since Peter Obi payroll this woman and others, they started dancing and shouting his name. This one was expecting @officialABAT to payroll her but when that didn’t happen, she switched sides. 😂😂

Great respect to Bola Tinubu THE FATHER OF OPPOSITION. He stayed put and built the party. Not the hungry politicians we have. #PartyChangers

One of my favourites from JeThRo At the end of the tax year the Tax Office sent an inspector to audit the books of a synagogue. While he was checking the books he turned to the Rabbi and said, "I notice you buy a lot of candles. What do you do with the candle drippings?" "Good question," noted the Rabbi. "We save them up and send them back to the candle makers, and every now and then they send us a free box of candles." "Oh," replied the auditor, somewhat disappointed that his unusual question had a practical answer. But on he went, in his obnoxious way: "What about all these matzo purchases? What do you do with the crumbs?" "Ah, yes," replied the Rabbi, realising that the inspector was trying to trap him with an unanswerable question. "We collect them and send them back to the manufacturers, and every now and then they send a free box of matzo balls.” "I see," replied the auditor, thinking hard about how he could fluster the know-it-all Rabbi. "Well, Rabbi," he went on, "what do you do with all the leftover foreskins from the circumcisions you perform?" "Here, too, we do not waste," answered the Rabbi. "What we do is save up all the foreskins and send them to the Tax Office, and about once a year they send us a complete dick."

His official age is 85. He was 52 in 1993. He is older than Atiku & only 4 years younger than OBJ. In his fragile state, he doesn’t have 20 years to live. He-diots are going to try to gaslight you not to speak ill of the dead. But that day? I’ll throw a big party for a whole week

This is Bagauda Kaltho Kaltho was an investigative journalist who paid the ultimate price in the struggle for Nigeria’s democracy because he aligned with NADECO’s desire for democracy. How did he die? Abacha used a letter bomb to kill him. In 1999, Gov Tinubu renamed the Lagos State Press Centre, Bagauda Kaltho Press Centre. Last year, in 2025 President Tinubu conferred the posthumous national honour Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) on the late journalist. But Peter Obi thinks the Tyrant Abacha is more democratic than “so called NADECO activists”.

Rotimi Adeosun (RMA).
Peter Obi has lost it all and he can only manipulate the children of democracy born from 1999 and those who've chosen to be enemies of Nigeria, for him to ever condemn democratic struggles of NADECO and compare President Tinubu's to late Abacha's holocaust regime. Aside people like Obi who were in unholy matrimony with and benefiting from the military regime, every adult Nigerian at that time was badly affected one way or the other by the dark age of Abacha's regime. I, for example lost a Commonwealth Scholarship opportunity for an M.Phil (Development Studies) at the University of Cambridge, due to the suspension of Nigeria from the Commonwealth, as a result of Abacha's draconian regime. Yet, an anti-democratic character and opportunistic Peter Obi with his hateful and vile supporters have the temerity condemning the patriotic struggles of the heroes - past and living. May Peter Obi's plans to desecrate democratic process, incite crises and anarchy NEVER come to pass, and Peter Obi will NEVER under any circumstance become President of Nigeria. Amen!🙏

Bringing NADECO and by extension June 12 and Bashorun MKO Abiola to ridicule will be the worst undoing of Peter Obi. What a manifestation of grand foolishness!!!! He and the idiots following him will regret it for a long time.

1-United Nigeria Congress Party (UNCP) 2-Congress for National Consensus (CNC) 3-National Centre Party of Nigeria (NCPN) 4-Democratic Party of Nigeria (DPN) 5-Grassroots Democratic Movement (GDM) Those were the 5 political parties that Abacha’s National Electoral Commission of Nigeria (NECON) registered in 1996. By April 1998, all five parties had endorsed or nominated one Man as their sole presidential candidate for the planned August 1, 1998, presidential election… His name General Sani Abacha. If not for those who fought for democracy, Abacha was ready and poised to be Nigeria’s lifetime President. If he did not die, Nigeria would have straight up become a banana republic!

When the leadership of the AD was compromised while OBJ/Atiku were on a prowl, BAT quietly registered the Action Congress(AC) and then nurtured it to a level where others wanted to be part of. AC evolved into the ACN and was large enough a platform to present presidential candidates. ACN became a force and was a worthy partner to approach by the PMB's CPC. Years of grinding and hardwork eventually paid off and the party produced President Buhari. Tinubu then became a stranger in the same party he built but he remained silent and calculative. Today, he is the president. Did you follow the growth process? It didn't come in a day. Oun ti a ba sise fun lo n pe l'owo eni. Who among your idols has been able to build anything? None! The platforms they have been given in the past have all been destroyed by their inordinate ambitions. From the PDP to the LP and now to the ADC. Are these the clowns you want in Asorock to give you a new Nigeria? They can't even give themselves a new party. The hate for a successful man is the one consuming you. You don't care about a better Nigeria....you only want a successful diligent man to fall. Nature has a way of rewarding hardwork and it is @officialABAT 's time. Nobody's father can make him fall.
