@JamesEFoster @LozzaFox He just couldn't act, none one else's fault but his.
English

@LozzaFox But those in court were not responsible for you losing your career - as the judgement seemed to make clear?
English

I haven’t slept a wink, so forgive me if this is rambling.
Thoughts on yesterday’s judgement.
6 times judges have now been asked to define what a racist is. Still no answer. The court of appeal specifically asked the judge in this case to define the word. And yet she has not.
It baffles me as to how a term which has not been defined can be defamatory or not. Surely in order to determine defamation, you would need to know what the meaning of the alleged defamatory term is? The judge has dodged this question by saying that no suffered serious harm has been suffered by myself.
If losing your entire career does not meet the threshold for serious harm, then I don’t know what does. It is also now free rein for anyone to call anyone a racist and there’s nothing you can do about it. It also makes the word racist itself utterly meaningless.
What the court has decided is that if you are called a racist and you lose your job, you cannot fight back. You cannot defend yourself. You just have to suck it up. Like a playground brawl where someone walks up to another and punches them in the face and you aren’t allowed to fight back or defend yourself.
There are several avenues to appeal. I have after all appealed this case before and won, so we shall see. I have to believe the justice system will find the right way in the end.
Regardless of this belief, I feel utterly bereft and totally hopeless.

@LozzaFox You must behave yourself or you might find yourself on the naughty step in Belmarsh prison crying in a cell like Tommy Ten Names Robinson.

English

@stevebrookstein @MartinDaubney You can't commit a crime and say you are mentally ill.
He was assessed by expert's that's why they came to this verdict.
What happened was terrible but it was a failure of our mental health system.
English

@Leftwing_Revolt @MartinDaubney He slaughtered three people then said he was nuts. Personally i think we need a death penalty for rabid dogs

Nottingham knife killer Valdo Calocane: Manslaughter plea accepted, for stabbing Grace O'Malley-Kumar, Barnaby Webber & Ian Coates to death
Grace's heartbroken brother, James, said: "I will never forgive him. He's taken away my older sister and one day, when my parents are gone, I'm now going to be left on my own"

English

@SurvivorsChoir The first comment I've read on this subject that has actually made sense.
English

@AdamskiiiBCN @MartinDaubney Meanwhile a man annihilates his whole family in Norfolk and not a word from anyone. I wonder why.🤔
English

@MartinDaubney Diminished responsibility owing to self-inflicted, cannabis-induced schizophrenia.

English

@stevebrookstein @MartinDaubney How about you deport yourself to an off- shore oil rig.

English

@MartinDaubney It is a fucking joke.
Deport the cunt to Rwanda.
English

@SangitaMyska @JosPearce @itvnews There has hardly been any mention about the mental health failures regarding the perpetrator.
This is an issue you should raise in one of your shows. As a country we cannot keep denying the fact that mental health support is poor in the UK.
English

I’ve just watched this interview with Grace O'Malley-Kumar’s father and brother.
The CPS have accepted her killer’s plea of diminished responsibility.
Sanjoy and James have such dignity, it’s incredibly moving. I’m in bits.

@BBCBreakfast There are systemic failures in the mental health system.
Or lack there of.
