2. For these cases kasi, kung ano yung regulations na nag tatranspire during yung taxable years na subject nung LOA or transfer, yun lang din yung dapat i aapply, unless may mga pwedeng i apply retroactively dun sa mga bagong updates. (correct me if I'm wrong po)

2. Thoughts ko din to nung nag aaral pa ako. Pero once makahawak kayo ng LOA from previous years or maka handle kayo ng transfer tax, you'll understand why.

Gusto kong dalhin yung weight nung pagiging CPA, kaya para sakin big deal yun. Ikaw ba, kaya mo ba yun pasanin?

As for me kasi big deal yung isa kang licensed and publicly acknowledged na CPA. Yung tiwala ng public nakalakip na dun e kasi required sa isang CPA na mag abide sa Code of Ethics which is relevant kahit saang practice man dalhin. Yung dedication na maging malinis at mahusay.

Hindi naman perahan ang laban sa pagiging big deal or hindi. Licensed or not depende yan sa weight na gustong dalhin nung tao. Qualitative na kasi yun or subjective na kaya depende sa tao. If quantitative ang tinitignan mo edi ikaw yan HAHha
