Demand isn’t building — it’s igniting. 71% of consumers now buy or consider products because they went viral. That means fulfillment has to move in real time. The supply chains that win won’t just be fast, they’ll be resilient. Read our new press release: locusrobotics.com/news/viral-tre…

Warehouse operations no longer move in straight lines. Order volumes fluctuate. Labor availability changes by the shift. Customer expectations continue to rise. For many warehouse fulfillment leaders, the challenge is no longer optimizing for a steady state — it’s operating with confidence when conditions keep changing. In this fireside chat, leaders from Locus Robotics share what they’re seeing across today’s warehouse environments and why those realities led to the development of Locus Array. The conversation explores how warehouse orchestration is evolving, what’s breaking down in traditional automation models, and what modern fulfillment operations need in order to stay resilient. What you’ll learn: How to adapt your automation strategy to meet shifting demand Tactics for driving efficiency and continuous improvement Ways to scale without adding stress to your workforce Register Here: bit.ly/4bVCak3

Returns rarely get leadership attention until inventory stops matching reality. As volumes rise, the question becomes whether systems can handle the complexity. Leaders build confidence by treating returns as a visible flow, not a manual exception. locusrobotics.com/blog/returns-i…

More than 300 robots in one place! 😱 We often hear stories about deployment of 5, 10 or 20 robots. Inside The Quality Group’s warehouse, project manager Sarah Hilgers has overseen the deployment of more than 350 autonomous mobile robots from @LocusRobotics. She explained that the rollout began simply, starting in an empty warehouse with just 20 robots and gradually scaling up as infrastructure was installed. During peak season, the team can scale the fleet even further, while still keeping the option to scale down when needed. Full flexibility is built into their operations. 📊 I was really curious how did employees react to getting “robot coworkers”? Turns out, that surprisingly well. With robots handling long-distance transport, workers walk far less and can focus on higher-value picking tasks. The bots operate safely around people (as you can see on the video 👀) In short: easy deployment, flexible scaling, and seamless human–robot teamwork — with plenty of room to grow beyond 350 units. It's great to see case studies where robots are already installed at scale! 📈 ~~ ♻️ Join the weekly robotics newsletter, and never miss any news → ziegler.substack.com

I was crowded by robots! 😱 The Quality Group scales up with @LocusRobotics bots. At its new 40,000 m² facility in Elsdorf, the company is rolling out a fleet of Locus Robotics autonomous mobile robots, powered by the LocusOne platform. The goal is simple: scale up efficiently, handle rising order volumes, and move smarter. The Locus system supports high-speed, high-volume picking while staying flexible enough to adapt to changing workflows. Robots can manage both fast-moving SKUs and slower, irregular items without rigid pallet setups or workflow redesigns. Built for growth, the site is already equipped to handle up to 60,000 orders per day. The bots run with FastPick, making them agile enough to manage peak periods, promotions, and influencer-driven demand spikes. It’s a perfect example of the next phase in logistics automation! ~~ ♻️ Join the weekly robotics newsletter, and never miss any news → ziegler.substack.com
