~Hopeless Violet~

Today is a bit of a weird one. Feeling so much actual love and appreciation for my mom lately, to loving Mitsy a lot as a cat mom, to also feeling some sadness over motherhood and such in general since surgery... I think I need cozy things today.

It is wild to me that I am so fucking glad I had this hysterectomy and cyst removal surgery because it was needed. No regrets at all. But I am also getting hit with some sadness over Mother's Day at the same time...like legit no regrets, but also wtf?

Sigh. The lows be lowing today. I had hopes for people but really should've known fucking better tbh.

@AcidManticore Oh gosh idk ha if somehow it can be sugar free, sure xD;; my docs are on me about my sugars... so need to be a lot more weary of things bleh

Anxious af today. Its time to get independent again after my mom spent 2 weeks with me. I know I still cant do a lot but I gotta do my best

I am never teaching A Matter of Balance again. Jfc students misinterpret this story soooo badly? Even after I read it to them AND recap it AND give hints for thr questions/activities. Every single class I taught this year, some got it sooooo wrong. I feel crazy

Legit might become one of them mall walkers the next 4 weeks of recovery. Every time I can get to a store a bit further down, I get myself a treat/prize.

I automatically assume everyone finds me unattractive until they tell me otherwise and then I assume that they are lying to make fun of me

Some days ya just dont feel important. It doesn't happen often...but today am feeling it.

I am more emotional over this than I thought. Recovery really is a surprise each day. I ain't in horrible pain or anything but something in me has shifted it feels like so now im just crying

Oof today is staple removal day. A bit anxious for this part of recovery heh. Hope it won't feel too...bad? Weird? Idek.
