Just finished @jeff_gluck’s article about the Estates of the Duttons (the pilots) in the Biffle crash, filing lawsuits against Greg Biffle’s estate. I would expect that the Biffle Estate will counter sue asserting negligence by the pilots. As the plane was owned by an LLC, I would also anticipate that one of the defenses will be that the LLC rather than the Biffle Estate is the entity that needs to be sued. I would expect that both the LLC and the Duttons carried insurance and that is ultimately where any recovery would come from. It is also not surprising that Greg’s daughter’s mother filed notice in the probate of the estate that she may file a claim on behalf of Emma’s estate. @AnaheimDucks @HondaCenter Being an east coast Ducks fan can be rough. But this is how I’m feeling coming into work this beautiful Friday!
Last time the Ducks were in the playoffs, I was a freshman in college, now I’m 28, moved across the country, and gotten married. Feels so good. I love this team.
