Please does anyone know a commercial real estate agent in Abuja? We are trying to secure a commercial building and it’s been a bit difficult.

@abbkar_ai A man who has been a vice chairman of a party long before desperate politicians intended to use the party is greedy, but the politicians who joined the party and take over its leadership from the get-go are not? Can you please define greed again?

Honestly, I won’t completely condemn him. To a large extent, he is simply a reflection of who he has allowed himself to become, someone shaped and used by the system he chose to serve. But my real concern is not Nafiu Bala. My concern is people like me and many others. Those of us who believe we are capable. Those of us who know, deep down, that we can do better. Yet we sit back, fold our arms, and hide behind a convenient excuse: “I am too clean for politics. The game is dirty.” That mindset is not wisdom. It is surrender. And if we are being honest, it is a costly mistake. When good people withdraw, they do not purify the system. They abandon it. And nature, as always, fills the vacuum. Not with the best, but with the boldest, whether they are right or wrong. So when we point fingers at people like Nafiu, we must also look inwards. Because leadership spaces are not just occupied by those who step forward. They are also vacated by those who refuse to. Many now say, “The youths are not ready.” I disagree. The issue is not readiness. The issue is responsibility. As Aminu Kano emphasized in his ideology of people-centered governance, leadership is not a privilege for the few. It is a duty for those who care enough to act. And as Maitama Sule rightly said, “New breed without the old breed will breed greed.” That statement carries weight. Yes, the new generation may have energy, ambition, and ideas, but without guidance, values, and accountability, that same energy can be misdirected. The solution is not to shut them out. The solution is to step in, mentor, guide, and lead by example. We cannot sit on the sidelines and complain about the players on the field. If we truly believe in change, then we must become part of it. Politics is not too dirty for good people. Good people have simply stayed away for too long. And the truth is simple: If you do not take responsibility for the future, someone else will. And you may not like the outcome.

Finally. Here they are 🤡 They didn't protest removal of fuel subsidy. They didn't protest the illegal tax policy. They didn't protest kidnappings & banditry. They didn't protest collapsing power grid. They didn't protest inflation of naira & rising cost of living. What they choose to protest, and the ONLY thing that matters to them, is POWER! So if this doesn't make you understand who these people really are......then I'm sorry for you! 🇳🇬

Look man, Bulama is right. Insanity is repeating the same actions while expecting different result. You have to be chronically INSANE to believe ADC is here to bring “change” to Nigeria. And there is no need to talk down on Bulama and Co efforts of building a youth movement.

My first ever opinion video will be a response to @bulamabukarti on the matter of the African Democratic Party (ADC) and the Coalition of Nigerians! We all have cameras and can speak on issues without bias or diluting facts.

@BashirElRufai The only questionable factor here is WIKE, but even DUBAI brings in International planners for works. I personally would want to see a local designer do it or a collab between local and international just like the new Abuja city gate design if you’ve seen it.

The name of the Japanese man you are referring to was a man by the name of Kenzo Tange, and that was a long time ago. Nigeria should have evolved past seeking help outside our borders, especially the nation’s capital city.
