The creature who is morphed this time ! WAS THIS THE PREVIOUS CONVICT ??? My second thaught being that Simon actually sees his own morphed self and it's a foreshadowing of what will happen to him, because the creature has so kinda similar morph point, unhinged jaw and... no arm

When Simon is restarting the power, the camera stops flashing because the tape got ripped off, we litteraly hear footsteps and the tape being torn away and we see the shadow passing by ! And last but not least, when Simon comes back from the alt dimension and we see fully 3/3
