@DanCrossy @aishahcodes Dan’s advice is gold. Motivation needs to come from within. And having a goal that means something to you can drive that motivation. Even if you hire a PT you will still need to decide on your goal because they can’t do that for you.

@aishahcodes You just need some goals! Not someone to tell you what to do. Make a workout plan and remember that being tired or sore are not valid excuses for missing a workout.

I need a PT for motivation but it’s just so much money to spend 🥲

Don’t care what your politics are. How much of a ‘good laugh’ you think Boris is. How much you admire Rees Moggs knowledge of Latin. They are taking the piss out if you- and they need to go.

Really enjoying #AdventOfCode2021 again this year. Day 8 was my favourite so far. Here's my solution for day 8, part 2. It could no doubt be made more succint/efficient but I'm pleased with it. #JavaScript
