Well I guess you can say today is the best day of my life
From the lowest of the lows, about to punch my monitor
To legit the highest of the highs, getting reached out to from my 2 biggest idols (I'm not joking)
Yesterday a tech CEO stole from me, then 2 of the richest people in the world reached out
It started with some jabroni with 90k followers stealing a post I put out about the algo
Spent hours researching and writing it, only to have it copy pasted by some CEO looking to sell a scheduling tool
Heart broken.
Not only was it copied but it went giga viral
Tough to see other people get credit for your hard work
10 hours of reading through code and putting together a long, intricate write up. Stolen like Drake listening to a Kanye flow.
He then proceeded to talk down to me in the DMs. Acting like just because I have a snotty nosed cartoon monkey profile picture I'm below him
You ever get so pissed you just pace around your apartment for hours completely forgetting to eat or drink?
That was me from 11am to 9pm yesterday
By 9pm my girlfriend talked me down from the ledge with a delicious Taco Tuesday dinner
This was only the start of the good news
Go to check the guy's stolen post again- it got community noted. Finally getting the credit I deserve.
4am I wake up. Just had an odd feeling.
Check my phone. Major life goal finally complete. I got the Elon reply
One of my top 2 biggest idols on the planet (more on the other idol shortly) reached out to give props.
Safe to say I didn't sleep the rest of the night.
Got a nice nap in from 8am to 10am. 10am I wake up to something even bigger.
My other idol DMd me personally.
Mark f**king Cuban slid into the DMs to give me a shoutout on my algo work
Unreal. Legit cloud 9. Dreamed of this day for 15 years.
Within 10 hours my 2 biggest idols reached out.
I quit my cushy tech leadership job 4 months ago to create content on X full time.
It's hard not to doubt yourself after making such an insane move
Today all the doubt is gone.
This is where I'm meant to be. This is what I'm supposed to be doing. Creating content for you, my reader.
This is only month 4 of creating content and sharing value full time.
In 4 months I've somehow convinced hundreds of thousands of people to follow a cartoon monkey with the most obnoxious username on the internet
Getting chills just thinking about what life looks like in 4 years
If you ever doubted yourself or your place in life, just remember, there's some dude who threw away a comfortable life to post on X full time.
I don't care if you're religious or not, I promise the universe is moving s**t around in your favor

A year ago, I worked as an alpha caller for a project classified as a "blue chip".
After nearly six months of unpaid work, I asked for a salary and got the following response;
"The X project is a blue chip and you should be honored to work for us, we have a million of those who are waiting to prove themselves if you don't want to."
Every alpha caller after me left that project even faster than I did, and they are now close to zero.
Moral of the story?
If you've already stolen millions from mint in a bull market, pay competent people to keep your project alive.
None of us are here for status or a pat on the shoulder, we're all here for the money, just like that project took money from others to launch a few more unsuccessful projects.
I can understand projects that are waiting for a mint to pay their team members, but I can't understand those sitting on millions and thinking someone owes them work.
