(My personal opinion is that they were representatives of terrorism so they’re not even 100% innocent like the people Israel kills daily.) 5. “He called a Hamas terrorist propaganda video a ‘music video.’” It was not a Hamas propaganda video, it was the Houthis making music about their battles against imperialism. Even if he did interview them, that is journalism on soldiers fighting oppression and genocide. 7. “He said his favorite flag is the Hezbollah flag.” Hasan said his favorite flag DESIGN is Hezbollah also noting how the pride flag’s design should be cooler. If you take this seriously you are medically stupid. 8. “He compares Zionists to neo-Nazis.” Zionists are an ethno-supremacist genocidal terrorists. They are exactly like Nazis. He said they have contributed a far less amount of death and destruction than America & Israel which you can literally just see with your eyes considering Iran and Hamas have never even slightly moved in the direction of global domination and genocide. 13. Reuters confirms why I’ve been saying: the U.S. has been allowing fuel in to Cuban private businesses like foreign-operated hotels but barring it from hospitals and other publicly run institutions. I’m sure that the NYT and The Free Press, which produced entire articles about Hasan Piker’s hotel, will do a follow up now

Hasan derangement syndrome is out of control. Thankful that he and others made the choice to go to Cuba in an attempt to shine a light on the monstrous crimes our government is committing in our names. People who are more concerned about his shirt or his hotel than the innocents we are murdering w our cruel blockade have completely lost their moral compass.

The New York Times tries to make Hasan Piker the story. But the real story is actually buried deep down in the article: the near total silence of US politicians as our country's government deliberately destroys the livelihoods and health of millions of Cubans.

It is utterly despicable to block a hospital from buying fuel. It is worse to do that and then try to pretend Hasan Piker (or me and Jeremy Corbyn, apparently) is somehow responsible for the precise policy Trump is implementing and Fox News and Bari Weiss are cheering. Trump is blocking hospitals from getting fuel and slowly killing people as a result. Sometimes quickly killing people. What we saw is horrifying and if you support it you are a monster.

Here’s another complaint from “The Free Press” that a hotel had power while a hospital lost power in Cuba. In case The Free Press is merely ignorant and not actively lying to their audience, I’d remind them that the Trump administration changed its rules so private businesses (like the American-owned hotels that Americans are required to stay in) are allowed to buy imported oil but the government (which means all hospitals) is not allowed to import oil. So now that The Free Press is aware of this fact — and rightly thinks it is wrong to deprive a hospital of fuel — I’m sure they will amend this piece and join the rest of the civilized world in demanding Trump end this illegal oil blockade. Right? That’s what they’ll do won’t they?
