@ntvkenya Yes we're spending a chunk of the budget on a small % of the county population. Theoretically it doesn't make sense but we miss the point being that, in reality that small percentage translates into up a big percentage of the voters. As Eric says, our politics.

@SamGituku As much as we feel betrayed by the new inclusions in cabinet, let's be hones. Parliament should be an oversight organ, no opposition/govt side. Were it mature, they would have vetted any Kenyan nominatees on merit and competencies alone.
