It is never too late to start new hobbies that bring joy and peace, especially if they are good for your nervous system… 8 years ago I would be anywhere near the pool because of a school trip trauma where I was pushed into a deep end and almost drowned. Today, I think I’m ready for my girls trip and swim in the ocean because of the relationship I have with water 🏊🏾‍♀️ #mentalwellness #girlswhoswim #swimming
