One day when she wore a saree, he came and said the design of her blouse was very good and that if the lace was removed, the show would be visible. 13. He said, “Hindu girls get raped because they don’t wear hijab.” 14. Tousif, on the other hand, would ask her every day, “What size of oranges have you brought?” While teaching her the dialer job, he would touch her by coming very close. One day he put his cheek on hers, and when she resisted, he said, “Don’t you want me to go ahead? Don’t you like my teachings?” 15. Asif once said, “Your husband married you because you are so beautiful. Now I will also see what’s beautiful in you,” came closer. If our courts think that a 31 year old able bodied woman can't earn for herself and a student must pay for her just because he's the husband, our Judges now need refresher training on what gender equality means. This boy was compelled to marry at 16. This is actually a case of sexual exploitation of a boy by an adult woman as she was 25 then. But he is the one being punished now! I AM SPEECHLESS 😶

He was just a 16 year 4 months old boy when he had to marry this 25 year old woman under compulsion He filed for annulment of marriage She sought maintenance from him He told the court he's an engineering student dependent on pension of his widow mother himself He is 22 year old today and the woman is 31 But the court said even a daily wage labourer earns 12K, 18K so why can't he and that being a student is no excuse not to pay maintenance Widow pension his mother receives is 3000 Maintenance he now needs to pay is 2500. Which means he must earn while attending his college. But this 31 year old woman can't as per our courts Absolutely the GREATEST laws of our country @ekamnyaay

TCS Nashik BPO should immediately protect the rest of Muslim employees by suspending them otherwise somebody can reveal their identity making it more worse for them.
