To someone who needs to hear this.
I captured the 3h30m bus at last Sunday’s Two Oceans Marathon, arriving with 2 minutes to spare.
Observe everyone in this video, and it should remove every excuse you have for not running. These are grandmothers, senior citizens, people of all categories, pushing themselves.
One of us had travelled with her mother to see what her son does. What she saw left her feeling so young and challenged.
Running, or any other mission, is first mental before it becomes physical. Decide, commit, focus, fail, go again, and succeed.

Mr Tebatso Mabitsela delivered a presentation highlighting provincial skills development interventions and progress made.
He noted that skills gaps identified in the Provincial Skills Development Plan (PSSP), as supported by PSETA, were effectively used to guide targeted interventions in the province.
He further reported that a total of 343 beneficiaries were reached through these programmes, including over 200 public servants and more than 80 traditional leaders, demonstrating the impact of aligned and demand-driven skills development initiatives.

Kutu earns double podium finish in DCS category at Two Oceans Marathon 2026
Joel Kutu of Kgosi Mampuru Management Area in Gauteng delivered a standout performance at the Two Oceans Marathon, securing two podium finishes in the DCS category.
He claimed victory in 1:37.
