Our Winter Walkthrough today was magical! Seeing our families together in our classrooms was incredible. Glenwood really is a great place to be!

Yesterday we celebrated our Griffins for the November IB Learner Profile Attribute of Knowledgeable. Congrats to all! And, it was hat day! So much fun in one day. @GlenwoodGriffin

A great game tonight! The girls played well. After construction this Fall, we are all so thankful to have our gym back. It sure is a busy place. @GlenwoodGriffin

Thank you to our amazing parents, community members, and former VP who volunteered to read to classes today. They were all so knowledgeable and shared books based on what they are passionate about. Also, a big thanks to our Parent Council volunteers for helping run everything!

Our Glenwod Read-A-Thon was a fun-filled day. Students especially enjoyed our guest reader, and former Glenwood Griffin himself, Deputy Chief Crowley from @WindsorPolice @GlenwoodGriffin

Deputy Chief Crowley, a @GlenwoodGriffin graduate, is at the scene! He is loving reading and answering questions from over 75 young inquisitive minds during our Read-a-thon. He said he loves to help people. #caring #principled

Thank you to Dr. Zarrouk, a @GlenwoodGriffin parent, who came to read at the Read-a-thon. She talked about her experiences as a dentist and read, “Andrew’s Loose Tooth”. And guess what?! M lost a tooth!

Did you know that this week is National School Bus Safety week? Yesterday we had our Bus Evacuation practice. Our Gr. 8 volunteers were great in helping out and the bus drivers were so knowledgeable. Thank you to our bus drivers who keep students safe every day!

Some days I cannot believe how lucky I am. Today this student gifted me a fancy crown and 1/2 Hunt-Robinson made me a book called, “Some Notes of Thanks”. My bucket is full. @DeniseHR1 @GlenwoodGriffin

A big thank you to this confident and kind grade 1 who asked if she coukd help me fold the items in the lost and found. (She did a fabulous job!). Also- if you're missing a sweatshirt, it's probably here! @GlenwoodGriffin
