@MrBoothY6 70 mins of testing + 75 marks to assess = 3 glasses for invigilation, 2 for marking, 1 for existential dread. Total: 6 glasses. Teacher reaches greater depth and the bottom of the bottle.

Year 6 have 2 maths tests on a Wednesday. If one of the tests is 30 minutes and the other is 40 minutes and the marks are out of 40 and 35, then how many glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon does the teacher need to reach greater depth in relaxation? Show your working.

Listening to headteachers humbles me, as they carry immense responsibility. But do we ask if it's too much? If you're teacher and your headteacher cares for your well-being, return the favor: ask about theirs too.

After 23 years in education, I still believe teaching is the best job in the world. Is it challenging? Absolutely. Is it exhausting? Without a doubt. But is it rewarding? Every single day.

I love this rule. Benefits are immense. Highly recommend it to my fellow Heads.
