Our annual thanksgiving escape room! All the students were able to escape the emoji turkey farm by reading passages about different ways of celebrating the holiday and answering comprehension questions to find clues/keys. 🦃🥧😁

@nearpod I plan to continue using it daily like I have in 2020, especially to engage students with interactive science lessons since we can't do experiments in person! 🔭

We had so much fun escaping from the emoji turkey farm! Students had to use their reading comprehension skills to solve a series of puzzles and find they key to escape!!! 🦃🦃🦃

While learning about government, we read about Americans that have fought tirelessly for equal rights. Our portraits of some of these famous activists turned out so well!!!

One of our new rotating class jobs this year is Treasurer! The class treasurers are tasked with recording student deposits to our class bank and distributing weekly falcon feather paychecks to students that fulfill the duties of their class job 💰💰💰

We're learning to become well-rounded mathematic thinkers by applying what we've learned about rounding to the closest 10 and 100 to new scenarios #math #SMP #rounding

👽The crews had to race against the clock to solve all the clues in time👽

👽Two space crews were tasked with escaping the approaching aliens by finding and solving clues to allow them to unlock the missing spaceship parts/prizes 👽

The last few weeks of school means the balloon countdown is back! Today, we dropped whatever we were doing every 30 minutes to get up and get moving with fun GoNoodle shake breaks!
