We appreciate the community flagging this issue. All affected Trade-Ins were taken down, and any submitted Moments have been returned to users. New Trade-Ins with the exact same requirements have now been posted and will open for submission today at 4:15 PM ET.

Update on /25 Sapphire Trade-Ins The /25 Sapphire Trade-Ins were scoring submissions by the total number of Moments submitted, rather than the communicated ASP.

The 2025 season team and player leaderboard snapshot was taken today at approximately ~10:40 AM ET.

The Cam Ward, Ashton Jeanty, Carson Schwesinger, Quinshon Judkins, Cam Skattebo, Emeka Egbuka and Jaxson Dart trade ins will be reopened for a short period of time, with the Cam Ward trade in ending first at 6:30 PM ET

Earlier today, collectors were unable to make transactions on the all day site for a period of time. Unfortunately, this period of time overlapped with trade in auctions ending.

The Divisional Round Legendary Pack pre-order will begin one hour later than originally announced. Pre-orders will open at 4:00 PM ET and remain available for one hour.

To address this, all Sapphire Moment trade-ins will now be awarded to the top 24 collectors, beginning Friday, January 16. And to the collectors who ripped one open...congrats on a truly lucky pull and thanks for playing Playbook 💎

We are aware of an issue with Rare /25 Sapphire Moments. One of each Sapphire Moment was unintentionally included in Playbook reward packs.

The Wild Card Weekend Legendary & Wild Card Weekend Premium pack order windows will now begin at 5 PM ET.

Our team is investigating an issue that is causing purchases are not to process for collectors. This issue could postpone the start of the Wild Card pack draw. We will post updates as they come.

We identified a bug that caused certain players to incorrectly show in cooldown on Week 18 Pro Playbook. This is being addressed now, and we’ll confirm once the fix is deployed.

In the coming days, the Flow Foundation will release a post-mortem of the incident over the weekend to give details on what happened. Rest assured that no NFL ALL DAY Moments, Pack Openings, or Dapper Balances were impacted during this maintenance period. Thank you.
