The Judge denies a bond reduction for all four teen suspects accused of carjacking and killing 73 year old Linda Frickey. The suspects remained locked up on a one million dollar bond.

There’s a verdict in the federal tax fraud trial of Orleans DA Jason Williams and Nicole Burdett.

Burdett’s attorney going over tax documents with tax preparer Henry Timothy’s signature on it.

Burdett’s attorney is now questioning Hernandez and the tax returns for Burdett and her husband. He asked if there was any indication of audits or problems with her taxes from 2014 thur 2017. Hernandez answers no.

Williams attorney now cross examining Victoria Hernandez. He asks if there was any indication in the paperwork that an audit was done on Williams tax returns for 2010 and 2011. She answers.. no.

Judge Africk makes it clear to the jury that Orleans DA Jason Williams and Nicole Burdett are only on trial for tax charges that allegedly occurred between 2013 and 2017.

Testimony continues.. the federal prosecutor is again questioning Victoria Hernandez about Jason Williams’ tax returns dating back to 2011.
