Japanese indie game developer Mai Itsuki creates adult-themed games under her doujin circle called Ren reported a serious problem with her bank. Resona Bank has suddenly stopped processing her international payments from game sales overseas. This includes revenue from a publisher in Taiwan. The bank gave no clear reason, only mentioning unspecified “risks.” Itsuki has always operated legally, paid all her taxes, and followed Japan’s strict rules for this type of content. She is also currently undergoing cancer treatment, which adds to the stress of the situation. The block began in March 2026 and has left her without access to important funds. She now plans to change banks to keep her work going.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink just got DLSS/FSR and HDR through a new Luma mod from Izueh. The implementation is extremely high quality: all post processing was moved to run after TAA (DoF, Bloom, Tonemap, ...), and supports resolution scaling. There's a bunch of other goodies too. If you like old school grindy MMORPGs, an indie one called Torebia is having a playtest on Steam. I tried it and it's extremely early so there isn't a lot of content yet, i like the art style. It doesn't have classes but stat points to distribute and a big skill tree
