@facetankhank In my opinion, DnD is a series of rulesets with a lot of contradictory lore that I have ignored in my games for 40+ years. This image isn’t my idea of DnD, but if someone wants to run this game, it can still be DnD.

If this is D&D for you. You are not playing D&D. You are playing fanfiction that takes the official lore and wipes its ass with it like a coarse sandpaper.

I get tears everytime I come upstairs and see his toys still laying around , his collar on the counter, and his food untouched.. but not having him laying in his bed immediately looking up at me when I come upstairs I think is what shatters me. The house just feels cold.. idk..

@xnoems Nope. Smoothies in generally are one of those things that if you aren't careful it's extremely easy to go over on your calories. Protein is great but if you can get it naturally when losing weight it's probably going to help you stay more satiated.

gonna try to lose weight (again) but i have a question & i don’t want to come off dumb but like.. is it important to use protein powder? i’ve seen so many smoothies use protein powder & i’m iffy about them. i know you can use greek yogurt instead but i see powder all the time😭
