Reminder Pelipper has a base stat total of only 440 and it doesn’t have a third stage evolution, which means this thing could literally get an evolution. Pelipper third and final evo + drizzle would be pretty insane if they don’t mess up with its stats.

To be honest the Warlock is basically a "wizard+" in my opinion. Having access to 8 upcasted spells a day (6 from short resting twice and 2 more from a bard) and eldritch blast with the two invocations that deals more damage than several spells.
