DGX Spark shows ~1000 TOPS. Ryzen AI Max+ 395 shows ~126 TOPS. On paper DGX wins easily. But in real local AI work — especially running big video models and large LLMs — the Ryzen’s 128GB unified memory often matters more than raw TOPS numbers. The model actually fits and stays in fast memory instead of fighting VRAM limits. Different game for practical use.
