@rikognition@KielFiggins@KenyArticho There's some nice flex controls in the staff that I used as much as possible, but the more extreme smears are just 2d draw overs I did in tvpaint on top of the playblast
@VfxKaneki@KielFiggins@KenyArticho For this shot I did some prep beforehand setting up locators that were parented to the staff. So I constrained the limbs to the locators instead of the staff itself which gave me more control.
Then I used animbot's temp controls and X space tools as well to match poses
@PatrickN_Anim@KielFiggins@KenyArticho That’s awesome man! I have a question, for this type of animation how you deal with the constrains? You just do it like any other constraint with the object and hand or you do some preparatorios before or any other method?
idk if I’m being a party pooper here but like I really hope Raygun is okay. Imagine making it to the pinnacle of success (the literal Olympics) in a sport you’ve loved for this long and the whole world laughing at you. My heart breaks for her actually
Years ago @animturnbull made a really cool "run loop" animation that inspired me to make something similar. It's not exactly where I'd have liked it to be, but for closure's sake, I need to just call this one done and move on!
A couple of Donatello jump animations.
Chained them together in Maya to get a feel for how they flow when played back to back.

Found this awesome rig of Crow with sword by @KielFiggins and had to try it out. Could definitely use with clean up but I don't think I have any more patience for this.🫠
Credit to @JeanAnimate for the animals with swords trend, of course. :D
