@PhonePower You guys need to have support hours on weekends. I have technical issues that need to be addressed but you close at 5PM west coast time.

@spiv_chavo Support confirms that you are able adjust the amount of rings in the call forwarding section of your account, at the bottom. Each ring is 6 seconds. Please let us know if you need additional assistance. Thank you

@reedstevenp I’ve confirmed w/ support that adding more than 50 blocked callers is currently in Beta. It is possible but requires you to enable Incoming Call Manager. Click on Call Forwarding > click on “Click Here to learn More”. If you still need help, please contact support (888)607-6937.

@nelsonomar Hi @nelsonomar. In order to cancel one of your phone numbers, you will have to contact us by email at cancel@phonepower.com to submit your request or by visiting phonepower.com/cancel/ You will not be able to do this at your web portal.
