Need advice: 🧵 1/? I currently work from home. Have been since my wife battled leukemia. She beat the leukemia, but is still very fragile and needs some care. Working from home has been a godsend.

@gas_biz @CaptBob_Nomadic I take my family all the time. Continuous training and currency is key. As is aeronautical decision making. Biggest issue in GA is the pilot, and that you can control.

I moved into Del Ray in 2003. It was obvious it was more left leaning than I was. Two of my favorite experiences was being called a baby killer by a lady with abortion signs in her yard, when she saw me in uniform. And after a storm, myself and another neighbor were helping by cutting up limbs. We had neighbors who complained because 1. I was a baby killer and 2. The chainsaw wasn’t electric. You can’t make this up.
