Yo @PivotshareHelp my partner and I are trying to watch two of our separate subscriptions on two different laptops, but your system doesn’t allow it. Surely if they’re separate subscriptions we should be able to watch them on separate devices?

Even though I used @pivotshare to rent a video from @WrestleGatePro only yesterday, when I try and subscribe to @fury_wrestling it keeps saying "missing required parameters, check documentation" guess we won't be watching the 3rd event after all this morning boys :(

@ThisIs_Progress Trying to watch on the silk browser. Gives the error "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser does not support." Have tried on firefox as well and gives the same error.

@hoganbeyy @pivotshare @ThisIs_Progress Hi Mike, It seems that you had a subscription on the web channel and then you also subscribed on the iOS app, but you didn't have to. Please cancel the iTunes subscription on that platform and we will refund your last transaction on the web channel. Thanks!
