And it's so funny to me because in literally the patch before, Rover quotes Phrolova's words like a bible. They damn near considered killing Lupa like she advised.
A MASSIVE contrast to the straight-up paranoia they suddenly develop in 2.5. 😂😂😂

This was my earliest take on 2.5 by the way.
I still stand by what I said, Rover was handled weirdly in 2.5's story, but the impact of 2.5 was so good that I don't really hold it against it anymore.
Like look at this shit.

Rover in 2.5 is a huge let-down in terms of character development. >Doubts too much when there's no reason for lies. >Takes no responsibility for what they did to Phrolova. >Dismisses Phrolova's plan without any solid evidence. >Resorts to violence when losing the debate.

People that's playing Pokemon Champion, if you're using Mega Staraptor. Have an actual plan, you cannot lead it and Whimsicott, charm it and expect it to work. Like what is your thought process when you see a lead Megagross and Whimsicott? I have killed 10 of them using this lead
