Edinburgh's Beltane Fire Festival this year is on Thursday, 30th April.
Rooted in ancient Celtic ritual, this celebration marks the return of summer, where fire, and story come together on Calton Hill.
From the meaning "bright fire" to the midnight bonfires, it's a night of casting off darkness and welcoming the light.
A tradition that still burns strong in modern Scotland.

I don't support most wokeisms in the tech world, but I've come to realize main is better than master for git... it's two less characters and M-A-I (right left right) is faster than M-A-S (right left left). Good optimization.
