El Madrid es una entidad con una forma jurídica de Club de Fútbol Profesional bajo la Ley del Deporte en España. En caso de disolución del Club manda la Ley del deporte y los estatutos del Club. Y estos son muy claros que todo activo que quede no vaya a los socios y pase a la Fundación RM para fines sociales y deportivos

@Ice_Landic De hecho en caso de disolución de una asociación, patronal, sindicato, o similar, el patrimonio iría destinado a una entidad sucesora de esta. En el caso de un club deportivo no sé si sería igual.
