I think everyone should be welcomed in a Christian church, and in fact the more of a sinner you are the more you need Jesus. Let them in. Make them feel welcome and wanted no matter who they are and how they live their lives. It's their chance to repent so why taking it from them? Smile. Show them real Christian love. However, when entering a church we should all do our best to dress appropriately and be as presentable as possible, as a form of respect for the Lord our God. That includes covering up tattoos to the best of your ability and avoiding clothes that are too revealing.
