I produced my best 20 minute power for years tonight. I’ve broken multiple time trial records on the tandem (post stroke) and hold some solo ones (pre stroke). I am registered blind, but I can’t compete as a paracyclist in the #CommonwealthGames. How is that inclusive? Pls rt

Struggled a bit this morning - yesterday’s 50 mile TT somewhat stuffed my hip flexors. Did make me consider if I actually trained what would be possible!!!! Feel a bit sorry for long suffering coach who keeps me going despite the highs and lows
