شاركت #هيئة_قطر_للأسواق_المالية في أعمال المنتدى الدولي المشترك للجهات الرقابية والقطاع الخاص، والذي عقد في مدينة سانت بطرسبرغ الروسية، تحت عنوان " توازن معقول وحوار قائم على الثقة" والذي ناقش مخاطر وتقنيات مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب، إلى جانب الحلول والتدابير الوقائية . ومثل الهيئة في المنتدى، السيد/ عيسى عبدالله الكعبي، مدير إدارة التفتيش والرقابة. وتأتي المشاركة تأكيدًا على حرص الهيئة في مواكبة أفضل الممارسات الدولية وتعزيز جهودها في هذا المجال. The #Qatar_Financial_Markets_Authority (QFMA) participated in the Joint International Forum for Supervisory Authorities and the Private Sector, held in St. Petersburg, (Russian Federation), devoted to the topic of 'A Reasonable Balance and Trust-Based Dialogue' The #QFMA was represented at the forum by Mr. Eissa Abdulla Al-Kaabi, Director of Inspection & Surveillance Department The forum discussed the risks of #money laundering and terrorist financing, along with the techniques employed in anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT). It also reviewed preventive measures alongside proposed solutions to overcome related challenges The QFMA's participation in the forum underscore its dedication to strengthening efforts in AML/CFT, while ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance with relevant international standards

H.E. Dr. Tamy Bin Ahmad Al-Binali, CEO of the Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA), participated in the 20th Annual Meeting of the Union of Arab Securities Authorities (UASA) Board, which was held this morning, Wednesday, via video conference due to current regional developments and circumstances During the meeting, the UASA Board members reviewed a report on the work completed under the 2026 UASA’s strategic plan. They also reviewed the guidance manual on cross-border financial activities and capital flows, and the guidance manual on best practices for dealing with market risks The Board also discussed the multilateral MoU in the field of cybersecurity, the Smart Investor Guide, in addition to the UASA’s strategic plan 2026-2030, and the Union’s proposed action plan for 2026 #qfma
